We offer custom 3D printed orthotics fabricated from TPU and PPA-CF materials, along with a range of top cover options to match patient needs and clinical goals.
What is PPA-CF?
PPA-CF (Polyphthalamide Carbon Fiber) is a high-performance material that provides exceptional strength, durability, and energy return. It is commonly selected for functional orthoses requiring greater rigidity and long-term performance.
What is TPU?
TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a flexible, durable material that offers excellent shock absorption and comfort. It is often used when cushioning and flexibility are priorities.
What is a single-layer top cover?
A single-layer top cover provides lightweight cushioning and a low-profile finish while maintaining comfort and functionality.
Who can order custom orthotics?
Our orthotic products are required to be prescribed by a licensed healthcare providers and clinics, including podiatrists, orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, chiropractors, pedorthists, and other qualified healthcare professionals.
What is a bilaminate top cover?
A bilaminate top cover combines a cushioning layer with a durable surface layer to provide enhanced comfort, durability, and protection.
